During warfare, opposition uses plenty of ways to attack those they are in battle with. Although many are familiar with psychological warfare, the next, if not the most important kind of warfare is environmental warfare. Because the environment is everywhere and anywhere, poisoning the environment is a thorough and sneaky way to also poison the people. Africans are under attack on all fronts; economical, political, meta/physical + spiritual, psychological and biological, and must learn the ways that they are being attacked in order to counter-attack.
Frankenfoods or GMO(s) are a popular sources of poison disguised as nutrients. GMO food is known to have cause the increase of cancer and other biological and psychological problems.
Why Should I Avoid GMO?
Considering that GMO foods are manmade, the nutritional value will never amount to the original untouched food. GMO foods are derived from plants or animals that have had genes from other plants or animals inserted into them in a laboratory. Many of GMO foods remove the seed or the pit of the fruit, which has majority of nutrients. GMO foods also have ingredients in them linking to cancer.
Monsanto is an organization that is known for its harsh use of herbicides, pesticides and GMOs. It’s main ingredient Glyphosate , is a herbicide that is used in farming. This herbicide is a colorless, orderlies chemical that is sprayed over the farms and foods, and is said to be safe. However, Monsanto workers are required special uniform, to protect them from these chemicals. Glyphosate is found to double the risk of blood cancer and myeloma (a Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma cancer). According to a report by the International Agency for Research on cancer, glyphosate is recognized as a carcinogenic in animals that they tested during laboratory studies. It is also shown that human exposure increases the risk of such cancers mentioned above. The workers were shown to have a 70-100% increase of risk of multiple myeloma. California recently added glyphosate to theorist if known carcinogens. Glyphosate has also been found in 6/8 tofu samples made from Brazilian soybeans, a product used industrially and one of the largest genetically modified crops.
Many people are on the search for organic, natural, non-GMO brands, however, many of these “vegan” brands are under companies that support Monsanto.

- Chocolate – Emulsifiers are synthetic fats that are produced from glycerol and natural fatty acids, from either plant or animal origin.
- Cheese – “Rennet is an extract from the fourth stomach of young ruminants, such as cows, goats, and sheep. It has a number of enzymes that are designed to help these animals digest their mother’s milk, and when added to milk, it will cause the milk to coagulate, forming the curds and whey that are so essential in the cheesemaking process.”
- Avoid microbial + fungal substitutes
- Pastries – Lard is the rendered fat of a pig.
- Gum – Lanolin wax produced by woolly animals as a form of waterproofing. The wax naturally coats their wool to prevent them from getting wet.
- Stearic Acid is a saturated fatty acid that has an enormous variety of uses as an ingredient in food, cosmetics, and industrial products. It is extracted from many types of animal fats, vegetable fats, and some oils.
- Glycerin can come from animal fats comes from animal triglycerides or from plant lipids.
- Chips – Tallow is a form of rendered fat generally made from beef.
- Whey is a by-product of cheese making, formed when the cheese curds separate from the milk or cream
- Casein is a protein that is found in milk.

If you are still on a meat-diet, there is some unfortunate news for you as some things are too good to be true. Clear Food performed 345 DNA test on hot dog and sausage brands (meat and vegetarian brands) and found that 10% of the vegetarian products contained flesh. Even more unfortunate, 2% of all the samples contained human DNA. They also found about 14.4% of all products contained ingredients that were not on the labels and that pork was found in 3% of all non-pork products. The history of cannibalism stems from those who hail from the caves + hillsides of Europe. Cannibalism, is not a strange phenomenal in their culture.
Cannibalism was not a thing of rituals for Neanderthal Europeans, but part of their daily meals. In the 1800s, candles were created of human fat, crushed skull powders were used for remedies, and Europeans would drink blood and eat the flesh of the dead. King Charles II of England sipped ‘The King’s Drops’, a powder mix of human skull with alcohol.
As a warrior trains himself physically for war, he must also train his mind and his belly. His stomach being his second brain, gives fuel to the first. You are what you eat – if you eat the dead and the lab-created, you will act like your previous meal.
